Josh Azan graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014, specialising in Taxation and receiving a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws. After graduation he joined the Mergers and Acquisitions team at the Washington, D.C. office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, Josh advised clients on over $50 billion worth of business and real estate transactions. Following his time in the U.S.A. Josh returned home to Canada, completed his articles under Ivor Levstein, and was called to the Law Society of Ontario. Thereafter, Ivor and Josh founded Levstein, Azan.

 

Josh’s practice focuses on deals and wealth management. Whether buying or selling your home or business or structuring your investments and estate planning, Josh uses transactional experience to diligently provide his clients with his utmost service. Striving to be available to his clients, diligence, responsiveness, and attention to detail are the foundation of Josh’s practice.

 

Outside of the deal-sphere, Josh can be found enjoying Toronto’s beaches (even in the winter) and Southern Ontario’s growing wine and craft beer scene.
